We offer free shipping on all orders, including international shipments.

Please note: In the event of a return or refund, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping, taxes, and any additional fees (such as currency conversion or transaction charges). Refunds are issued exclusively in euros (€).

If you return an item, the original shipping costs and any applicable fees (e.g. 5% transaction fee, customs duties, taxes, or currency conversion charges) will be deducted from your refund.

Customs duties do not apply to shipments within the European Union (EU), except for regions outside the EU’s customs territory (e.g. the Canary Islands or other special zones). For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, who is also responsible for any necessary customs clearance procedures or related fees.

Bitte beachten Sie: Im Falle einer Rücksendung oder Rückerstattung trägt der Käufer alle anfallenden Kosten, einschließlich Rückversand, Steuern sowie zusätzlicher Gebühren (z. B. Währungsumrechnung oder Transaktionskosten). Rückerstattungen erfolgen ausschließlich in Euro (€).

Wenn Sie einen Artikel zurücksenden, werden die ursprünglichen Versandkosten sowie alle anfallenden Gebühren (z. B. 5 % Transaktionsgebühr, Zollgebühren, Steuern, Währungsumrechnungskosten) von Ihrer Rückerstattung abgezogen.

Für Sendungen innerhalb der Europäischen Union (EU) fallen keine Zollgebühren an – ausgenommen Gebiete außerhalb des EU-Zollgebiets (z. B. die Kanarischen Inseln oder andere Sonderzonen). Für Sendungen außerhalb der EU können je nach Vorschriften des Ziellandes Zollgebühren, Einfuhrabgaben und Mehrwertsteuer anfallen. Diese Gebühren sowie die Abwicklung aller damit verbundenen Zollformalitäten liegen in der Verantwortung des Käufers.
